We contribute to healing support programs by providing trauma-informed care and empathetic digital spaces via podcasts for vulnerable women.
Our Profiling and Categorization framework is designed to map the evolution of female leadership, creating a powerful synergy between emerging potential and veteran expertise. We categorize women into two intentional tiers to facilitate targeted support and cross-generational mentorship:
Sabi Girls (Ages 10–25): These are the Aspirants. We profile young women at the threshold of their careers, focusing on their raw skills, academic ambitions, and the innovative impact they are beginning to spark within their communities.
Queen Warriors (Ages 26–60): These are the Bloomers. This category honors established achievers, industry experts, and community leaders. They serve as the blueprint for success, offering a wealth of experience and mentorship to the next generation.
By documenting the work and impact of both groups, we build a comprehensive database of female excellence that dismantles stereotypes and fosters a pipeline for equitable advancement.
Women in their mid and advanced ages who have made informed choices on their career, family, businesses and social affiliations. They could Queen Warriors represent women in their prime (ages 26–60) who have navigated the complexities of career, family, and business with intentionality and resolve.
