Founder and Brand Strategist, SICIA

My role as an Administrative Assistant and Project Support Staff for the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon has ignited a commitment to motivate individuals and communities toward better opportunities, a mission supported by my dual Masters degrees in Public Administration (Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, China) and Business Administration (University of Yaounde 2, Cameroon). This comprehensive educational background, combining strategic management with community-focused policy implementation, directly informs the operational philosophy of the Social Innovation and Community Inclusive Association (SICIA). SICIA was founded from a deep-seated passion to leverage collaborative practices and innovation, serving as the essential strategic engine to empower individuals and catalyze sustainable living within underserved communities. 

Peter Mafany 

CO-FOUNDER & PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER, SICIA

This seasoned Cameroonian educator with 11 years' experience in History and Governance actively shapes public discourse as a prominent socio-cultural panelist on civic and moral practices. He is a committed civic leader, serving as the Co-founder and PRO of SICIA (Social Innovation and Community Inclusive Association). In this dual capacity, he leverages his deep understanding of governance to guide SICIA's strategy and act as the chief spokesperson, influencing both education and national dialogue. 

Esembe James Junior

             Project Coordinator, SICIA

Dedicated to his passion for community impact, Esembe James ensures the Social Innovation and Community Inclusive Association (SICIA) translates its vision into measurable results. Leveraging a Master's degree in International Law, James guarantees that every SICIA initiative is executed with legal rigor, operational efficiency, and unwavering accountability. Complementing his legal expertise, his six years as an educator and club administrator at Nina Angels Academy have honed exceptional skills in team leadership and stakeholder engagement. James serves as the indispensable link who successfully delivers practical projects on time and within budget, driven by a commitment to continuous improvement, transparency, and innovation to guarantee SICIA's long-term sustainability and maximize community impact. 

Mokenge Becky Mamuwa

   Secretary General, SICIA

Our Secretary General is a dynamic leader who brings a powerful entrepreneurial spirit and a wealth of business experience to our team. As the founder of Beauty by Mamz, she has built a respected brand in the beauty and fashion industry, and she also manages a successful catering and events rental business. These ventures are a testament to her versatility and her ability to turn creative ideas into thriving local enterprises. Her firsthand knowledge of the marketplace directly benefits SICIA, especially in our mission to promote "Made in Cameroon" products and foster economic independence. With a background in Business and Finance Law, she uses her professional communication and negotiation skills to handle the organization’s records and foster strategic growth. By applying her proven business acumen to our operations, she ensures that our projects are practical, sustainable, and focused on empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs in our community.

Ekomise Nesla E

General & Social Affairs, SICIA

Our Lead for General & Social Affairs is a pioneer graduate of the National School of Local Administration (NASLA), bringing a unique and specialized foundation in public management to our team. With a Master of Law from the University of Yaoundé II (Soa), she combines legal expertise with practical administrative skills to ensure that every branch of our organization operates with total honesty and follows all regulations. She is a natural leader who excels at building helpful partnerships and guiding team members to reach their full potential. Beyond her technical skills, she is an expert at organizing people and making sure our resources—whether food, funds, or materials—are used in the best way possible to help the community. Her background in local government has given her a deep understanding of how to manage neighborhoods effectively, and she uses this experience to turn our vision into real action. Driven by a true passion for helping others, she serves as a vital bridge between our internal goals and the lives of those we support, ensuring that our work is always efficient, respectful, and focused on long-term empowerment.
