About SICIA
(SICIA) is a community-driven organization officially authorized by the Senior Divisional Officer of Fako on November 2, 2022, under Registration No. 1125/G.37/C84/VOLI/A3/SAAJP. The organization is committed to empowering individuals and communities through sustainable development initiatives, social innovation, and inclusive community engagement. Guided by the core values of people-centeredness, participation, inclusion, and sustainability, SICIA focuses on creating opportunities that improve livelihoods, strengthen resilience, and promote long-term community impact. The organization works closely with vulnerable groups, young people, women, and marginalized communities through skills development, advocacy, environmental sustainability, and social empowerment programs.

Led by Bourgie Collection, this initiative transforms palm resources into nutritious food products, natural cosmetics, and eco-friendly solutions through a sustainable circular production model. By integrating agriculture, agro-processing, and entrepreneurship, the project creates economic opportunities while promoting environmental sustainability and community empowerment.

Empowering Bessem’s Vision for the Future
Following our rigorous Needs Assessment Manual, SICIA’s humanitarian arm identified the story of Ndasi Loise Bessem, a resilient 20-year-old student who lost her sight following three major surgeries. Undeterred by her physical challenges, Bessem is reclaiming her independence at the Bulu Center and preparing for her GCE Ordinary Level exams in June 2026 with an ambition to become a Barrister.
Through Love Deserved, we are proud to provide critical academic tools, daily logistics, and targeted study support to power her journey toward success. "While her eyes may no longer see the world, her vision for her future has never been clearer."

By bringing their achievements into the spotlight, we challenge systemic inequalities, inspire the next generation, and showcase how female leadership creates lasting societal impact.
