The Social Innovation and Community Inclusive Association (SICIA), officially authorized by the Senior Divisional Officer of Fako on November 2nd, 2022 (Registration No.1125/G.37/C84/VOLI/A3/SAAJP), is committed to empowering individuals and communities through sustainable development initiatives, social innovation, and inclusive engagement, driven by core values of people-centeredness, participation, and the critical inclusion of marginalized persons. Our strategic objectives focus on providing skill acquisition and vocational training to vulnerable groups for economic empowerment; forging essential partnerships with local establishments, government, and international organizations to strengthen community-led efforts against plastic pollution and climate change; and promoting social innovation practices that cultivate creativity, inclusivity, and effective problem-solving within local communities, ultimately building long-term resilience.
Sense Girls and Women Campaign

The Sense Girls and Women Campaign (SGWC) originated directly from my impactful participation in the Tanzanian Model United Nations Program in July 2025, held in Dodoma, Tanzania, where I was honored with the Best Delegate award for my focused analysis of Youth Participation in Leadership, Civic Engagement, and Peace Building for Strong Institutions. This experience underscored a critical global challenge: in Cameroon and across the continent, the indispensable contributions of women are routinely overlooked and undervalued. Due to intense competition and persistent structural barriers within the informal economy, a widened gap exists, exacerbated by socio-political, economic, and traditional obstacles that actively hinder women's financial independence and economic mobility, leading to a relentless cycle of vulnerability. Therefore, SGWC was established as a strategic advocacy program explicitly designed to strengthen, showcase, and formally validate women’s work in pursuit of comprehensive empowerment and measurable societal impact.
