GLEE Women Rise Leadership and Empowerment Summit 2026

Across many African communities, the belief that "words do not kill; they only strengthen" has shaped generations. However, today's youth face growing challenges such as substance abuse, negative peer influence, and behavioral risks that require greater awareness and proactive guidance. Strengthening families and empowering mothers has become essential to raising resilient and responsible young people.

In response, the Great Leaders Empowerment and Enlightenment (GLEE) Organization, under the leadership of Mme Melanie Puemedji, hosted its maiden Women Rise Leadership and Empowerment Summit on 18 April 2026 in Mutengene, Cameroon. The summit equipped women and mothers with practical skills to recognize early behavioral changes, strengthen communication within families, and provide timely support that fosters healthier homes and stronger communities.

Working Women Circles High Tea Party 2026

WORKING WOMEN CIRCLES- HIGH TEA PARTY

On March 28th, 2026, the Hickory Event Center in Limbe was transformed into a sanctuary of sophistication for the Working Women's Circles High Tea Party convened by Mme Carine Nchia Fonjie. Adhering to a curated dress code of elegant monochromes and avant-garde fascinators, 40 women from diverse industries, skill sets, and backgrounds converged to celebrate the power of collective brilliance. This was more than a social gathering; it was a masterclass in sisterhood and professional synergy. Between delicate sips of tea and moments of vibrant laughter, guests engaged in the deep exchange of knowledge and shared interests that define the Working Women’s Circles mission of "Changing Lives." Through song, merry-making, and refined conversation, the event served as the grand finale to the International Women’s Month celebrations—setting a graceful pace for a year of continued impact and stylish solidarity.

Purposeful Woman Conference

The inaugural Purposeful Woman Conference (PWC) 2025, themed "Crowned for Purpose," was convened by Mme Kang Jolivette Ewo of Daughters of the King (https://daughtersofthekingcm.com/pwc/), serving as a powerful convocation focused on self-awareness, rooted identity in Christ, and commitment to self-growth. This highly impactful maiden edition successfully equipped women for intentional self-actualization, setting a high benchmark for future annual sessions.

The Limitless Woman: "Sip and Dream"

Born from founder Manzo Nzumafo’s personal season of prayer, The Limitless Woman initiative hosted the "Sip and Dream" retreat on January 10, 2026, as a gentle sanctuary for women to escape the exhaustion of "adulting" and rediscover their "soft girl" confidence in Christ. Through identity-focused teachings and therapeutic soul-care, participants transitioned from a place of weariness into a state of God-led rest, mending wounded souls to dream from peace rather than anxiety. Every intentional detail—from the symbolic venue colors to anchor-word painting on tote bags—was curated by Manzo to remind each woman that she is fearfully made and inherently enough. This transformative experience replaced fatigue with radiant joy, fostering deep community bonds and business partnerships that proved how women thrive when leaning on each other’s strength. Now established as an annual haven, the event left a lasting legacy of emotional breakthroughs, grounding every woman in her limitless potential. Dear women and girls, you are limitless!
